One goal…. one meal a day

Right here is my new goal make a proper meal every night where poss. So here is yesterdays….


Grilled fish slice with salad instead of potato. Salad includes usual such as lettuce tomato and cucumber. Lettuce, olives, silver skin onions and low fat salad cream.






Pasta (my fave type from puglia region of italy), sauce with olives in. Both from tesco. Plus roasted veggies including asparagus, red yellow and orange bell pepper, courgette, tomato, onion and aubergine. Also a bit of chicken as requested by the man. Think thats everything. Visiting Italy last year opened my eyes a bit and since then live peppers and olives.
Now what to plan for tomorrow.
