Last night it was takeaway night. Husbands choice indian. So i had a good long look through menu and opted on vegetable chana aloo with a plain naan. No rice or chips. Prefer naan and was one or the other. I have to say it was gorgeous.
Then this morning decided to weigh myself 🙂 to find ive lost a lb this week already. Official weigh day is monday. Not bad… just shows tracking makes me behave. Which brings me to todays breakfast. Melon, strawberries and a low fat peach yoghurt.
Also gave ruth some but she just keeps counting the pieces lol. My exercise of day will be collecting in avon books in a few hours!
